The Republic of Moldova, a country of wine tradition, is home to a marvel. Cricova, the so-called biggest wine cellar in the world. This veritable underground town and its unique cellar contain a wealth of treasures, including a fabulous collection of Gering. That is the reason why this city is a worldwide popular tourist attraction. The Moldavian city is located 15 kilometers north of Chișinău, the capital of the country. When in the city, one should not miss 1952 founded SPA in Cricova, and it’s unique underground complex best known for labyrinths and wines. Since August 2003, the Cricova winery is part of the cultural and national heritage of Moldova.
