Visiting Pag has an allure of stepping on another planet. The landscapes of the southern part are extraterrestrial with the vast rocky plains, pastel colors and moon-like terrain. The northern part, on the other hand, is completely different. It has long been used for olive cultivation and as fertile land for growing vegetables. This island is all about enjoying life with one of the longest coastlines in Croatia, top-notch cheese produces (paški sir is among the most beloved in the country), pretty little historic towns and, quite surprisingly, Ibiza-like raucous party scene. Zrće Beach in Novalja is considered to be an electronic music summer capital of Croatia.
